Usually regular conventional eartips that come with earphones are trash and wouldnt stay in your ear no matter the size you use

In terms of comfort theyre super comfortable unless you get a size too large so there may be trial and error

Installation will take a lot of twisting as the plastic core is stiff but thats good so they wouldnt fall off

They have enough paddingcushion to remain comfortable in your ear over long use

I purchased medium and they hold in my ears very well on my jaybird bluebuds x

Be aware that theyll pick up earwax and turn slightly white or yellow in places and you can gently brush or scrape it away but some of it does seem to stick permanently
