Pros

The belt is very comfortable, although i wish it had just a little more support at the lumbar lordosis. Using to help issues with sciatica and seems to be helping. I have scoliosis and have been told my lumbary spine looks like a spiral staircase.

You will not be disappointed. Customer service is stellar. Still highly recommend.

The outer velcro cinching is very nice as it kind of pulls it all together. I like the fact that is breathable. It breathes so never feels hot. I wish it was a little lighter weight so it could be worn underneath clothes.

Cons

The inner band witch gives you back support is way too long so you get no support from it. Supposed to be slim fitting and not bulky under clothes. I constantly have to pick at it, adjust it, or loosen it.
