Pros
The buckwheat in this one is much nicer as is the pillow case. It is totally different from any foam or feather pillows so do give it some time and call the company for help. This pillow is the answer.
Do not be deterred by the traditional size. It holds your head right where you want it and it's firm without ever causing painful pressure. It feels a little cooler too.
This pillow accommodates both, and i've noticed my neck and shoulders (and entire body) in a relaxed state upon waking. I am thrilled!

Cons
This pillow causes my head to itch, which did not happen with prior buckwheat pillows. Zipper and corner seams are bulky and uncomfortable.
Outrageously overpriced for the poor quality. It is noisy.

The product quality is outstanding from the packaging quality of the fabric for the pillow and the extra buckwheat hulls for customization
It came what i considered under filled so i added about 23s of the bag of extra buckwheat and its perfect

I loved it when i took it out of the package and laid down just to try it out

I have a couple of autoimmune diseases and am sensitive to many products so i ended up being allergic to the buckwheat and had to return them

The twill is used for the case is soft and very resilient the extra bag of filling is nice but most importanti haven’t been tossing and turning all night in an effort to get comfortable
