When a 9x12 manila envelope isnt quite big enough to hold a thick stack of documents and you dont want to waste a priority mail envelope for something not being shipped via priority mail these 10x13 manila envelopes give just a smidge more room without drowning ones documents in a huge 12x15 envelope

When you go to seal them use a wet sponge or washcloth wait a few seconds and then seal

But i think what helps the most with this product is knowing that you should wait for a few seconds before sealing and you will get a better seal than if you wet and just do it right away
