Pros
The shocks aren't great, but they help with brooklyn potholes. I'm a bit over 6 foot and kinda lanky and the bike works great for me so weekend rider. He rides it all over the it rides smoothly up and down the hill, or on paved roads.

Made good on reimbursement in shipping snafu. Great and courteous customer service.
Easy to assemble, youtube video (link was sent by seller) helped. Inflated the tires to 60 psi in about 2 minutes. Head up self assemblers.
Cons
The bike could no longer be used at all. They also want 30% restocking fee & per centage for any evidence of wear. Don't waste your time or money on a cheap plastic bike from walmart.

Originally we were given the date of arrival 1st through 5th of april i contacted sellers and asked them to ship it if they possibly could earlier and they did shifted really promptly we received the bike on the 1st of april right on time for my daughters birthday
