Pros

These are durable and sharpen nicely. The lead is smooth and erasable. The supplier can guarantee that everything is fit for an american child raised organically with an eye on sustainability.

Fond memories of flicking pieces of eraser at others in class. Nice having a case of them in the drawer knowing i won't run out. Bought these to donate to my daughter's teacher for the classroom.

Cons

Found these number 2 pencils to be lousy. Though they are #2 the lead is lousy. The pencil is also difficult to sharpen. When you try to erase the metal band that holds the eraser in place on top of the pencil bends and rips.
