Nice taste and defo gives you a buzz good in taste full of caffeine appetite suppressant not a fat burner fab for the little biz you get it’s not worth the terrible taste

It has great flavour and mixes really well gives me a real lift and increased energy i can work out longer without issues afterwards like not getting to sleep till late or early morning that i get with some of the heavy duty preworkout
