Pros

Bought this and has worked like a charm. Even came with some cheap batteries. Works perfectly. Totally recommend this remote control.

Came on time, fair price, and comparatively easy to set up. A gem in the world of low-cost, imported electronic devices. Low hassle option.

Clikr-5 remote works with time warner cable, samsung tv, visio tv, sony blu-ray player and denon avr. Works perfect with our cisco dvr. Even works with my old blu ray player.

Works perfectly to replace the one the dog ate. Works exactly as advertised. Don't have to relearn anything.

Cons

We use the new remote a few weeks and inevitably random keys begin to malfunction. This one has a stubborn up button, 1 button, and 7 button. The remote was corroded by old batteries. This is the worst remote we have ever used for any device.

The actual function of this clikr-5 is ok, but the ergonomic design sets back remotes by 20 years. Not a word is exchanged in the process.
