So i bought this converter from amazon

When using an ntsc sega genesis set to 50hz to play pal games the system will output ntsc 50hz instead of pal 50hz and it doesnt work properly on ntsc 60hz tvs here in the usa when using standard composite yellow rca jack video cables

It will result in a distorted black and white image and the picture wont be centered on the screen

Rgb scart cables do not have this problem and will display the image correctly and in color

Those should be used instead for better quality video and for color in an ntsc system modified for 50hz

But those solidly sharp pixels youre looking for are only at their sharpest when the game isnt panning side scrollers
