Pros

Citrulline malate is the key ingredient in my preworkout. All it takes is one teaspoon in a glass of water before each meal.

Works for workouts and increasing blood flow to your manhood. Increased flaccid size is a welcome side effect. Noticed an increase in pump during my workouts. Definitely have noticed a strength increase in my fasted workouts.

Cons

The taste is unbearable no matter what you mix it with. I'm not sure why but this product gives me headaches. lowering my rating because the free product promised was never sent to me.
