Pros
Citrulline malate decreases soreness and increase in recovery capabilities. Body uses this for nitric acid which carries more oxygen in the blood for better pumps.
It mixes well and tastes fine. I just love the taste and feel like my workouts are better in terms of endurance and overall performance when taken 30 minutes before. It comes in a nice resealable bag and it mixes easy!

Just beware of this product. However, this product hurts my stomach due to the malic acid component. Wont be prdering from purisure ever again.

Much cheaper and safer than those expensive, sugar and artifical ingredient competitors.

There are very slight differences though it does not fully dissolve and leaves a very slight residue on the bottom of the glass

Not real sure on the scoop that was contained with it general serving is 1tsp but the scoop was about an 18tsp
