Pros & Cons
Pros
These are my favorite small food prep knives. Not dissappointed with the quality. Just below some knives costing almost $200.
Set of streak knives is worth every penny. Somehow thru the years, misplaced a couple.
Cons
They rust, don't hold an edge, and must be sharpened regularly. Spend the extra dime.
Highlights
Quality
They arent of the quality of the much more expensive steak knives one can purchase but they do the job they are intended to do
We have an old set of chicago cutlery knives and these seem to be about the same quality as those
Good length quality materials sharp but for me too light weight on the hand
Packaging/appearance
Mine came great and sharp right out of the box
Competitiveness
These replace wusthof steak knives that came with a set
Recommend chicago cuterly vs more expensive brands
