The timer seems to work correctly. It does work well, seems pretty darn accurate, and was certainly cheap enough to purchase. This one gives me a minimum of 15 minute on interval, and there are no small pieces to lose.

It is quiet throughout, with a more expected-audible 'click' at shutoff time. I like a timer i don't have to reset every time power goes out. Then all you do is make sure the lamp is switched on and plug it in.

My refund was returned in a amazon gift card balance. My money should not be held hostage by a greedy ceo. Do yourself a favor and buy a different timer from any other seller.

Used indoors and just to operate 2 lights. Did not deliver electricity to the sockets. Keep having to reset the current time. Mechanical dial quit working after 2 days.
