This is my 2nd time ordering. The stretchy part and the edges need reinforcement so it's more durable.

Cons
Even after washing and drying the sheet is too large for bed. Bought a new mattress 15 inches thick, and this sheet was touted as fitting up to 15 inch mattress. But the elastic is clearly subpar.
The fabric itself feels rougher than 500 tc. It is a low quality cotton that has a sheen like polyester.
