This is huge and heavy so make sure you have space to leave it out or easily store it because it is difficult to move will not fit in an average sink for washing like a cutting board and doesnt fit in an average cupboard

I oil it every so often after cleaning it as thoroughly as i can but thats it

Since the board was oiled a bit at the factory the instructions were difficult to read since the oils smeared the ink and i had to remove the sticky from the back of the sticker from the board prior to oiling it again for use

I give this high marks for value but the surfaces on mine were not finished as carefully as should have been the case
