Highlights
Quality
If you move it before this time, the meat will stick to the wok.
With a couple of folded paper towels, smear a light coating of shortening all over the wok.
After a few minutes, open the lid and check on the wok.
Do not move until the meat has browned, this will cause the meat to lift and not to stick to the wok.
Price
As for the quality, it was well made and the price was just right.
Packaging/appearance
Before using, wash the new wok with hot water and dish soap to get rid of the oily coating.
Do not use a wok for frequent steaming because it will erode away the black coating.
