The mouse just goes around it over 10 times without going in. It's just stuck. Another cracked and broke.
After 6 months or so, the latch fails to hold down the door. There seems to be no way to prop the door open to let the mouse run out. There was just too much room between the door and the edge of the platform.

And this trap looked ingenious mice and rats can chew there tail off or nip it in half it has to walk inside then the door shuts clean and quick
