No staining, damage, and from what i can tell seems resistant to scuffing. Worked like a charm. I’m stunned by the difference it made!
Cons
White' color is really tan! It is over priced and unsafe. Made on american. Too late to get a refund through amazon.

My trouble and dissatisfaction is with the 2 sided adhesive tape. After a couple of months, the tape's adhesive turns into some horrible alien goo from a sci-fi movie.
The glue stops sticking to the tape and the rubber concealer. Eventually it just pops off and stands there, a stiff rainbow of failure.

As others have mentioned this cover comes in a coil and while it might straighten out on its own i wanted to make sure this would lie flat and not pose a tripping hazard on my lanai

I then boiled water in my electric kettle and poured the water into the pot the capacity of my electric kettle is limited so it took three full pots of water to submerge it completely

I left the cover in the hot water for 15 minutes took it out i used heavyduty waterproof gloves i had for another job and laid it out in a straight line on the concrete floor

In our case the color is enough of match to the pavers that it doesnt stand out much visually

However the sticky part that is used to adhere to the floor to keep them from moving quickly becomes very gross because it catches any pet hair dirt dust etc
