They are just like the original the cable is about 1” longer than the original comes with a nice thank you letter from the canadian seller no compromise to charge timecons no cons notedother considerations comes in nondescript packaging to keep costs down on packaging

I gave this a four star because initially the connector plug to the fitbit was a tad too large and had to be squeezed in before it fit the product
