It is more pricey that just a steamer but the self rising pot and the fast cooking times help to justify the premium price

This works well for three with plenty of room to put everything we wanted to put into the pot
I have used a hot pot before and washing it was always difficult because the cord plugged into the pot itself
Then we got this plugged in started boiling it with a little bit of broth tossed in the veggies and then began cooking our meat
