Pros
B12 complete has all of the b vitamins that will hopefully keep my mind and body healthy. Methylcobalamin is the form that should be used. Four bottles of b12 complete for $24.
Try to get some everyday with smoothie or meal. My energy has sky rocketed since starting these. If i am sluggish, within a half hour after taking it, my energy level goes up.
Tastes great mixed with oj. It tastes good and it improves energy. The taste is like a strong orange flavor.
Cons
The packaging has serious flaws. Who delivers packages in that condition? Probably not buying another.
Product requires that it be refrigerated after opening. It smells, it leaks and i dont know of any liquid vitiman (except this one) that does this. It recommends to mix with juice, but not even that can cover up the terrible taste.

I ordered 2 bottles and one leaked in the box maybe because it was not packed well
