Im not one for the gimmicky solutions to health problems my girlfriend says im overly skeptical but ive been having problems with pinched nerves in my neck for over a year including two months of physical therapy and was desperate for a solution

I did notice the sound the buckwheat stuffing makes for the first night but i quickly got used to it and didnt notice it by the second night

The noise is just there the first time you use it and then i do not even hear it anymore
