Pros & Cons
Pros
It's a sub $30 knife that performs like it. Great service from the seller. The price more than makes up for this, but it’s worth mentioning.
Used it everyday for a few weeks and haven't needed to sharpen it again. It performs flawlessly. The only thing i'd change is to orient the clip the other direction. Put a sharper edge on it.
This gives you the durability you need if you are the kind of person who pulls out a pocketknife to twist or pry things. No excess slop or play as of yet, even the pocket clip is still nice and tight.
Cons
The clip is right where your hand squeezes on the handle--unless you are left handed then it just lightly brushes your fingers. Since the handle is so light, the knife feels unbalanced when open. The handle is plastic and will not last.
No final grinding, sanding, or polishing. Blade wables from side to side and has no adjustment screw; just a dead rivet. There are no screws to disassemble blade and fix a problem.
I realize that the bantam series are pretty much entry level knives but this is still unacceptable. Of the eleven one was delivered defective. The quality is pathetic to say the least.
