Pros

The berkey does not leak. The handle is a bit poorly fitted, but still shuts off with no leaks!

This works perfectly. Works perfectly, sturdy and easy to use. Thanks to other reviewers, this is great!

When i tightened down, all is well. You should tighten it to the point where the outer edge of the silicon disks become flush with the glass. Easy to install.

Everything about the zero water 40 cup glass dispenser is dynamite, with the exception of the spigot. It has weight to it, which to me means solidly made.

Cons

Not sure what to do. Wouldn't be buying this again. It almost does. Makes me angry. Not true stainless.
