I am absolutely sure that my combination was correct, but the thing just wouldn't budge. Not the best experience at all.

So you dial in the numbers and it doesn’t open

My only complaint with my order was that i ordered gun metal gray but received dark brown locks

Unlike the crappy locks they include with their luggage this version is a metal construction and doesnt break the first time you use it
