Pros

It takes a while to clean the coils, but even after incidents like these, my breadman ultimate functioned perfectly and never broke down. Even though it's construction is not the best, its design is excellent and worthy of serious consideration.

The machine is remarkably forgiving. That is a plus, and could make you overlook the flaws. It does make great bread everytime!

The timer option is great. It's programmable, and you can either save your changes or let the expire after the baking. The machine has many settings to bake many different kinds of bread.

Cons

After the fourth loaf the bread pan got stuck in the machine. It's like the paddle doesn't have enough power to spin the ingredients and the belt jumps off. They are mis-shaped, under baked with a doughy texture and heavy as lead.

You have to constantly monitor the bread machine to make sure it mixes the ingredients. If you are an occassional user you end up producing expensive bread or, like me, getting it full of ingredients and then finding it won't work at all. A very unhap... Read More
