Pros
The aminos, a soy product, as far less salty than conventional salt. Try this brand nutritional yeast and apple cider vinegar. Unlike other substitutes for keto, this is as good as if not better than the item it is replacing.
Often, it's the only condiment i use. The only thing i do not like is the religious markings on the packaging. This is one of 3 seasonings i absolutely must have in my kitchen cabinets.

Cons
Kikkoman soy sauce has 920mg of sodium per serving. It has the consistency, color, and totally the flavor of soy sauce, and too salty. Chemically treated and higher sodium than natural soy sauce.
Braggs claims there is no salt in their liquid amino acids. The fda made the company remove no msg from their label.
Soy breaks down into highly estrogenic compounds. Phytic acid in soy is not neutralized by ordinary preparation methods. Soy phytoestrogens are potent antithyroid agents that cause hypothyroidism and may cause thyroid cancer.

Good quality and the price is good
The price is great here on amazon as opposed to the health food stores who want double and triple the price for the same bottle
Not to mention the lower cost rather than getting it from a brick and mortar store
Packaging/appearance
The only thing i do not like is the religious markings on the packaging
Im only giving 4 stars bc they have lousy packaging sometimes the bottles leak and its happened a few times

The cap was broke on arrival but the seal under it was still intact so im just going to keep it to save me the trouble of returning and reordering
