Bowflex only offers a 3 year warranty where it’s competitors offer a lifetime warranty. You’ve clearly demonstrated that profits are more important than personal safety and customer satisfaction. Powerblock makes a much better, safer product.
Bowflex will only replace discs that actually fail during the warranty period. The design is very fussy and way too fragile. Very disappointed with this flaw.

Plates fall off, the dials lock up, and if heaven forbid you ever drop them. It seems that they have planned obsolescence where the weight-bearing 'nib' on the individual plates is plastic.

So if you have gotten to the end of this yes i would recommend these to anyone but the handles need to be changed

I finally pulled the trigger on the upgrade and while i mostly have positive things to say there are some difference between the two that are worth noting
