I so wanted these to be the perfect solution they appeared at first ie so much better than door anchors for muscle isolation etc but unfortunately i was faced with literally removing both doors and refitting the hinges had i not the doors would have come off at the hinges causing additional damage to the door frames and possibly even needing the doors to be replaced

The only problem i had was that my doors close tightly onto the door stops the 3 pieces of wood to the top and sides of the door frame that the door closes on to

Totally silent unless you count the bang of carabiner on door when attaching to this apparatus
