My son stripped the head off a 6 mm screw in a blind tapped hole in metal

Last year i wanted to replace three really outdated 1970s bedroom doors but found it impossible to remove at least half of the screws in the hinges attached to the doorframes the screws were old corroded and the heads were damaged

This failed on my first attempt i then became aware that i hadnt drilled the whole deep enough and tried again hey presto removed well rounded off screw straight out 5 stars
