The plastic ends are too big. They can prevent the cable being seated in the slot correctly.

I have my tv on the wall and the hdmi runs into the wall and back out into my ps5 in the tv unit

The main thing i needed out of this cable was for it to supply enough power from the mega sg to a 3 way fosman auto hdmi switch which requires a small amount of current from the connected devices to work correctly
