By design the controller is hard to take apart but thats on dji

The installation video on youtube is excellent but if you dont have any experience working on electronic equipment this small be very cautious during the install and go very slowly

Install took maybe 20 minutes total and the range is unbelievable now if they only made batteries that last longer
