Pros
Before pills foggy dreams. Now my mind doesn't obsess over negative, nonserving thoughts. Promotes lucid dreaming. Even the hiccups feel like blessings.
Increased to 3 capsules. I highly suggest playing with the dosage and finding what feels best for you. My inflammation is down, i have a healthy digestive system, regular eliminations, i am mentally clear and focused.
Cons
It's your choice whether you waste your money buying this product anymore. Don't know if it's a big deal to some people.
One reviewer said they ended up vomiting and had diarrhea. This is from oxidation. I figured, it's fermented, that's why.

Good to decalcify you pineal gland but not to open your 3rd eye people have the debate saying it helps open the third eye but it is a whole different progress of its own
