Setup was a little awkward but once its done i dont care biggest issue is that sending an sms is harder than on any phone ive ever used

It took ages to connect to the network first time i put the sim in but it works smoothly nowbattery life lasts about a weekallows microsd card for storage which most smartphones dont in order to encourage you to use cloud storage i assumeits so basic i dont waste time playing with it like a smart phonebaddifficult to text with since it has no predictive text it takes a long time to input words

The phone has a built in password of 1122 that i needed at one point to setup my own pinlocking the phone is awkward

You can lock each individual section behind a pin but you cant the whole phone with a pin

When you go to sms you enter the pin then when selecting a contact you have to enter the pin again

Decided to spend 30 more for a nokia the old indestructible oversized phones id definitely use this for traveling out of state got it for my bubbie and to her it wasnt loud enough i thought it was okay but it also wouldnt show names with the speed dial function prior to calling all in all def great phone for the price like i said maybe just not for the eldery
