Pros

After months of annoying woodpeckers at 5 a. M. I contacted customer service and was sent a replacement at no cost. It's inexpensive, and solved my problem, so i can't complain. This is ingenious!

Cons

This product is a balloon. Save some money and pick up a helium mylar balloon at walmart. The streamers have to be tied to the bases and the streamers themselves break.

A few years ago when one was attacking her wooden porch pillars she paid a handyman 300 400 to sheath the wood trim in vinyl
