Pros
The stream comes out on the sides, not straight out, which means your eardrum isn't getting blasted and possibly damaged. Warm 3% hydrogen peroxide is used to remove earwax. I use these in my pediatric patients and appreciate that they are soft.
Cons
This is really disappointing and deceptive. Don't buy it.

It works getting the stuff out of your ears and makes them feel good also gets the wax removed

Put the system together in less than a minute loaded it with warm 3 hydrogen peroxide put the tip in the ear and turned it on
