Pros
Make sure to tuck them into all the nucks and crannys with your finger tip. They're a tad expensive but i get a week out of a pair with a quick rinse. I find it worthwhile and good value.

Cons
I'm not sure if this is just a dud batch or if the company have inexplicably changed the entire formula of, what was a great product, into. Poor quality. Uncomfortable and sticky.
You have to press them against your ear which pushes it on your ear canal. My foam ear plugs do a much better and simpler job.

We tried all the brands there is on amazon and these are the best
Was really pleased with bioears after trying loads of different brands
Other similar brands have reviews about the silicone breaking apart while wearing them but ive never once had this problem with this brand
I have tried using cheaper alternatives the foam ones cheaper version of these

Foam plugs made my ears sore and would scab up but 9 months after finding these i haven’t had any issues

They really block out a lot of noise well due to it moulding to your inner ear shape

Easy to insert but i did have to be careful as pushing them in too firmly caused a painful vacuum
