These were recommended to me after being diagnosed with food intolerances. They were recommended by a doctor/naturopath. The vegicaps are easy to *.
Saves trawling round the shops trying to find it. Much cheaper than high street for the same quality. Otherwise great product.
Cons
Bought these goggles with the hope of no leakage and no fog. Has a pungent smell and awful aftertaste.

These are vitamins and minerals that obviously take some time to produce results in the system so i cant comment yet if they work and no hope of the nhs being bothered to keep checking my blood after deficiencies were found no money in it but i just wanted to make two points that might be helpful to others

Not sure if anyone else found this or if i got a bad batch or what im not normally bothered by this sort of thing and can drink straight minerals in waterspirulina powder potent stuff sensitivity is not the case
