I'm not even through leaflet of little pills and they are already working! Easy to * and is smaller than a regular pill. I don't usually have a problem swallowing pills.

This probiotic is magical. It's already changed my life for the better. These probiotics are the best.

Cons

The box was delivered in one of those thin no padding amazon pouches. The cfu count is very low, and they are not worth the money.

The worst part is itching this itchiness doesn't get it to stop, it just keeps going and going. Switched to standard process prosynbiotic then switched to this and headaches every day and intense anxiety.
