The only fix i found in my area was to take it apart and remove the battery this resulted in the iphone completing a hard reset and everything was good after that

The only real negative about this kit was the suction cups

The 2 suction cups that came with this were weak and 1 of the 2 were deformed and would not suction on strong enough to pick up even a lose piece of glass
