Pros & Cons

The AI used to provide these results are constantly improving. These results might change.

Pros

Easy to adjust, very audible 'click' when torque spec is met. It clicks when you hit the limit its subtle but noticeable unless your cranking away like a madman.

Quality toque set with easy to adjust 2-26 lb range. It comes with a accuracy certificate meaning that they've benchtested the product. It work fine and has been calibrated at the factory with paperwork.

The package is sturdy and substantial, as is the tool itself. The kit includes a pretty decent range of sizes. Less expensive than the (insert bike part company brand) tools, but still just as solid.

Case is quite durable/nice, and having the bits and the wrench all in one place makes it easier to use/store. Also having all the sockets and wrench in a compact case very convenient for someone with limited amount of drawer space.

It's head is a little bit flippy/floppy, so there is alittle play when you are tightening or loosening. All the little bolts going into aluminum parts.

Cons

Qc sticker is just that. On this item there is no one that it can be traced back to for conformity. Pay the extra money for the cdi brand. Unit is supposedly calibrated but fails to break-away at any setting.

You twist the bottom handle until you reach your desired torque setting and once you hear the click and feel the twitch in the wrench you know that youve gotten to your desired setting

I trust this product with all my bike needs especially the fact that i now own a carbon bike i would not want to overtorque anything and potentially destroy my carbon frame

It is too large to take along

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

The click when its reached the set torque spec is not too loud but can be felt if you hold the wrench correctly

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

One caveat is you cannot hold the wrench at the head as it will not click then and you could over tighten a bolt

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

The only difference between the two that i can see appears to be the logo
