This book has already dispelled a lot of confusions and questions that i had. My only regret is i didn’t buy this book sooner.
This book breaks all the myths. It is based on research and science and not just authors opinion. It just tells you what works, backed with scientific studies.
Mike lays everything out in an easy to understand way with the very latest science based info to develop your physique. Mike emails you back very quickly if have any questions which is awesome.
The program is well researched and the author provides sound logic. Easy to read and interpret for your own needs. Lots of additional support through downloads to use. The downloadable online extras are also excellent.

Cons
Mike's approach is utterly boring and just plain out of date. He tells you calories are king but fails to accept there is more to it than that. One calorie is not the same as another calorie.
