Mine has a leak already and my whole soap leaked away. If you feel like standing there pressing the pump 72 times to get enough to wash your hair or body, this is the product for you.

Plastic parts of the cover and base cannot be serviced. It is not fruitful to seek a warranty return. It's not durable.

The latch catches on the dispenser and it takes some wiggling around of the latch to get it to open. It is a beautiful dispenser easy to install, easy to refill bottles, problem it won't pump any fluid heavier than light syrup.
