The 1st couple of times i used this it caused some itching which the instructionsinformation provided did say could happen

My reaction to this product is a bit confusing

But i do find that i greatly prefer my own essential oil mixtures for my particular pain and so would just as soon spray plain magesium on and then rub down with a lotion mixed with other essential oils or in the case of my back ask someone to rub

The main bonus i was looking forward to with this oil was being able to spray already incorporated oils onto my back but without a sprayer that did not transpire

Lotion is a safer way to spread essential oils it would hit all three birds with one stone since many cannot tolerate magnesium oil for more than a few minutes before adding lotion and i would be a lot less disappointed in the packaging if lotion came out of the end of the flip top rather than something with the consistency of water that falls right off the hand
