The aim indicator works fine, with clear instructions printed on the back. You can see the bright dot exactly where the flash is aiming. The instructions are for dummies and are explained very well.
It goes everywhere i need a mirror - camping, caving, backpacking, etc. The single two foot strand of woven nylon is adequate for a lanyard. Buy a pouch for it.
Hands down a top notch mirror. Superior quality and clarity. No complaints.
Cons
The mil spec (mil-m-18371e) specifies the mirror dimensions be 3x5. This mirror is only 2x3.
