Pros

This builds on their existing line in a couple surprising ways. It's my best friends favorite thing to mess with when here (she's a geek) he says it feels good in his hand, is maneuverable, and has good flame control.

The hose is very flexible and the stand is great to prevent the tank from tipping. I like the well built nozzle that feels solid in your hand and has a very intuitive flame control. If you just press the thumb button in it starts the gas and lights it...  Read More

The bernzomatic firepoint creator tool is a winner. Makes use a lot simpler and more accurate. This propane tip is amazing!

With a pinpoint flame that will adjust for small or large objects. Has a good flame pattern and the flame adjusts with an easy to reach lever.

Cons

It works wonderfully for what it's meant to do, and had done so for over 6 months until the piezoelectric spark broke inside the handle itself. Unplugged the propane and boxed it back up. This is a nice torch in style but it is not durable as a tool.

The torches that have a separate torch head connected by a hose work best because they are not cumbersome or flare up when tilted

I use miniature torches routinely but those are quite fragile and we replace those too often for our budgetpartner recommended this for the propane guys he has around since the cost of those are significantly cheaper with this than continuously pulling money out to buy the small onesi have to admit that i was scared at first
