You can freeze what you have made and defrost and reheat using the same method as for steaming

The only negative that it is not dishwasher safe unfortunately and i put it in the dishwasher then it started to leak a bit

All the parts were a bit confusing and stiff and tricky to fit together the first time and get it working

I was worried about getting this because some reviews were not good but my sisterinlaw had one before me and said it was really good so despite the reviews i went for it
