Pros

My boyfriend has a 50-foot extension cord that i've been tripping over for years. Needed an easier way to store 2, 100' 12 gauge extension cords. I use ne for a 1/2 100 foot rope also that use to always get tangled up.

This reel does the job well enough. The knob on the side that's used to wind the reel needed to be tightened up a bit, takes a phillips screwdriver, easy. It is so much easier to roll the cord onto this reel than to coil it up by hand.

The bayco on the other hand is an open design such that the plugs can go through the openings leaving the reel to accommodate just the wire
