Pros & Cons

Pros

Barge cement is great for foamsmithing and very easy to clean off of smooth surfaces. I use a cobblers hammer to ensure the best possible adhesion. Brush is built into the cap as well. The foam absorbs it.

This glue holds everythingtogether permanently.

While the smell can be strong, it dissipates quickly, and the end result is worth it. The final cured product is very strong. Use this version in a *very* well-ventilated area.

This product is incredibly strong and versatile. Allows me to securely bond a variety of materials including foam, fabric, and leather. I was stoked to find this again, i am extremely hard on footwear.

Cons

The glue is flammable. The brush is so worn that the bristles were falling out. Even if you do manage to put it where you want it, you end up mucking about trying to pick the bristle out of your work.
