Pros

These are literally the best. This slows down plates changes and causes the workout to take longer. They also do nicely on my spin-lock dumbbells.

Easy to securely lock in place or unlock to change weight plates. No more unscrewing. Only critique is that they don't always open up all the way when the lever is slightly tapped up.

Great * for 1 threaded barbell. Come on and off without a hitch. Used this to replace a threaded nut for my bar.

Cons

The things start slipping off the ends even with lower weights and type of bars/dumbell handles you use. Over time they also get looser. Could be dangerous when lifting.

Big mistake. Do not trust these. Not safe, imo. Go with a different vendor.
